How to get started

 

It’s important that you feel comfortable and confident in the coach you choose. That’s why I always offer free a no-obligation conversation as a first step. During our 30-minute conversation I’ll ask you a bit about why you’re considering coaching and share a bit about my coaching style so we can both decide if we’d like to work together.

After that, if we both agree, I’ll put together a coaching proposal for you, detailing our agreement, and we can get started.
