This picture of the yellow bucket speaks to me because of my belief in living your life ( at work and home) with a strong sense of your values.

I often find we can get closer to knowing our true values when we think about what mattered to us growing up. For me I was never happier than when I had sand in my toes and a bucket in my hand. Today I value simplicity, optimism and the freedom to create.

I start every coaching relationship with an open mind, a non-judgemental, positive mindset, and a true belief in your potential to create whatever work life you want.

I have experience working with clients from a wide range of industries. I’ve held positions in senior leadership teams, and I’ve set up and run my own businesses. I draw on all this experience in my coaching sessions, along with my depth of knowledge in coaching technique, a good dose of quality training at a senior level, and my own strengths of natural insightfulness and intuition.
